About these terms
These terms cover your use of the SteamStack website at steamstack.app, including registering your interest and submitting feature requests. Separate terms will apply to the SteamStack application when it becomes available to you.
Registering your interest
Registering your interest adds you to a list of people who would like early access to SteamStack. It does not create an account, does not guarantee you access, and does not create a contract between us. We may contact you by email about early access. You can ask to be removed at any time.
Please give us accurate details. If you register on behalf of a business, you confirm you're authorised to do so.
Pricing shown on this site
SteamStack is not yet available for purchase and we are not taking payments. Any prices shown are indicative of what we intend to charge at launch. We'll do our best to honour founding pricing for people who registered early, but prices may change before launch, and nothing on this site is a binding offer.
Feature requests
If you submit a feature request, you're giving us permission to use that idea to improve SteamStack, without any obligation on our part to build it, credit you, or pay you for it. Please don't submit anything confidential, and please don't submit anything that isn't yours to share.
Acceptable use
Please don't submit false information, attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to this site, scrape it at a volume that affects other people, or use it to send anyone unlawful or abusive content.
Our content
The content on this site — including text, screenshots, the SteamStack name and logo — belongs to us. You're welcome to link to the site or quote it reasonably; please don't reproduce it wholesale or present it as your own.
No warranty about the website
We work to keep this site accurate and available, but we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Descriptions of features reflect the product as it stands while we build it and may change before launch. Nothing on this site is financial, tax or accounting advice — SteamStack is a tool to help you understand your own numbers, not a substitute for an accountant.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for any loss arising from your use of this website. Nothing here excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded.
Changes
We may update these terms as SteamStack develops. The current version will always be on this page, with the date it was last changed at the top.
